UNITIZED WHEEL 152x 3x 25 MEDIUM-HARD DENSITY FINE SPARKFLEX

Unitized products belong to a new generation of abrasives. They are composed of a three-dimensional net of nylon fibres impregnated with abrasive and synthetic resin, conveniently joined together in sheets by pressing at controlled temperature and pressure, in order to achieve different densities. These sheets are then used to manufacture grinding wheels and discs. They are produced in different grits and densities to be used on flat or profiled surfaces, adapting throughout the work. Excellent finish.
